International Year Of Freshwater

At Vermont Secondary College we celebrate English Week promoting students’ achievements as they develop and consolidate skills in their ongoing study of English.

We continue to follow the tradition at the school to celebrate English Week with the focus determined each year by the United Nations. The theme for the year is the International Year of Freshwater and the symbolism of freshwater lends itself to provide the framework for our students to participate in a process of reflection and creativity in a land defined as the driest continent.
