Staff and students can change their Vermont password by following these steps:

  • Open a web browser
  • Browse to password.vermontsc.vic.edu.au
  • Enter Vermont email address
  • Enter current password
  • Enter NEW password twice
  • Click “Submit” button

Passwords must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Not contain account name or parts of full name that exceed two consecutive characters
  • Be at least eight characters in length
  • Not reuse previous 8 passwords
  • Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
    • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
    • English lowercase characters (a through z)
    • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
