The status of ‘permanent residence’ must be proven to the college’s satisfaction, so evidence will be required to authenticate residence, particularly with regard to leased properties. Documents needed to prove residency are:

A residential lease in the name of the legal guardian who is living permanently with the student at the address which displays a commitment to property that lies within our neighbourhood for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Also to be provided is:
